The Hydrotherapy classes provide a modified environment for idividually tailored exercises, supervised by a physiotherapist, within a group setting. Hydrotherapy may be used in conjuctions with or as an alterative to land-based physiotherapy.
The water enhances relaxation and pain relief, assists with joint movement and reduces the compressive forces of gravity.
Classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals requiring an intensive rehabilitation program. Client's progress is evaluated and documented following each class.
